Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.
For some COD orders, StoreNova may require a small advance payment to confirm the order before dispatch.

How the COD Advance Works?
If an advance payment is required:
The required advance amount will be shown during checkout.
After placing the order, we may send a secure payment link through our official WhatsApp number or registered email address.
The advance payment is adjusted against the total order amount.
The remaining amount, if any, will be payable at the time of delivery.

Payment Link Safety
For your security, please make advance payments only through payment links sent by StoreNova through our official communication channels.
Before making a payment, always check that the payment link belongs to the official StoreNova domain or our authorized payment partner.
StoreNova will never ask you to share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, password or banking credentials.
If you receive a suspicious payment request, please contact us through our official contact details before making any payment.

Payment Confirmation
Once your advance payment is successfully received, your order will be confirmed for processing.
A payment confirmation may be sent to you through WhatsApp or email.

Order Cancellation & Refunds
If an order is cancelled or a refund is applicable, the advance payment will be handled according to StoreNova's applicable cancellation and refund policy. -
No Advance Payment Request
If your COD order does not require an advance payment, you can simply pay the applicable remaining amount at the time of delivery. -
